Order Confirmation & Tracking
Upon placing an order with Raajraani, you will receive an email and SMS confirming your order. Once your order is shipped, another notification will be sent, including tracking details. Shipping Fees & Taxes

Standard Shipping: Free across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders below ₹5,000, with a handling/insurance fee of ₹140 per order.

All applicable fees are added to the order total at checkout, inclusive of taxes.
Note: Deliveries to certain remote locations may incur additional charges, which will be communicated beforehand if applicable.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

The courier will make three delivery attempts and will contact you via phone or email. Please monitor these communications.

We offer shipping across Global. We request customers to provide a complete address with a pin code as our courier partners do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your Raajraani items within the timeline communicated in your order confirmation email. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-10 working days from the date of order confirmation. The exact delivery date will be provided once your order is ready for dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather, environmental conditions, or high traffic periods. Raajraani is not liable for delays once the package has left our warehouse. For special delivery requests, please contact our customer service team at info@raajraani.com.
Shipment Tracking
You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. If you have any questions regarding your order's dispatch, feel free to reach out to us at info@raajraani.com or call +91 8586 889922 between 10 am to 7 pm on all days.
Partial Deliveries
While we strive to deliver your complete order at once, this may not always be possible due to product availability. If a partial delivery is necessary, rest assured that we will deliver the remaining items as soon as possible.
Returns
If you receive a product that is damaged or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact our Customer Care at info@raajraani.com with your order reference number. We will arrange for a replacement delivery at the earliest possible time. Please review our Return Policy for further details.
Note: Certain products, such as those in the sale category, customized items, or special offers, are not eligible for returns.
Return Shipment Process
For returns, please prepare the package with the original invoice included. Contact our customer care, and we will arrange the return shipment. If our logistics partner does not provide return services in your area, you may use your own shipping partner and send it to our warehouse. Shipping, handling charges, taxes, and duties are non-refundable. Please address all returns to:

Packaging
At Raajraani, we believe that packaging plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer's experience. Our packaging reflects the journey of our brand and the emotional connection it creates. While we aim for an aesthetically pleasing presentation, we prioritize the security of your purchase. All items are packaged securely and shipped with extra care to ensure safe delivery.
Made-to-Order Products
For made-to-order products, please note the following:
- The production process takes a minimum of 20 days.
- A 30% advance payment is required to process the order.
- Once the product is ready, we will notify you, and the remaining payment must be made before delivery.
- To cancel a made-to-order item, please email us within three days of placing the order. A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your bank account. After three days, cancellations are not possible.
- If the order is not claimed, the advance payment will be forfeited to cover labor costs.
