We at Raajraani, believe that packaging develops a bond between the user and the awesome end product. Our packaging reflects a beautiful journey. It is feelings that our brand evoke and the overall experience. But we also understand that security is pivotal. That’s why we pack all your purchases safely and ship them to you with extra care.
Made to Order Products
All made to order products will take at least 20 days time to be ready for dispatch. 30% advance will be made for us to process the order. Once the order is ready we will intimate to you and rest of the payments can be made then before delivering. To cancel the made to order please email us within three days of placing the order. A minimum of 10% would be deducted. Rest the amount can be sent back to your bank account. After that no cancellation is possible. In case you do not take your order advance would be completely adjusted for labor hours lost.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
When you place an order with Raajraani, we send you an email and a SMS that confirms your order. Upon shipping, we send you another email. You can easily track your order with the details mentioned in this email. Shipping Fees & Taxes
- Standard shipping is FREE across India
- All COD orders will incur a handling/insurance fee of Rupees 65 per order
- All fees are added directly to the order total within the shopping cart at the time of checkout
- COD Charges are inclusive of taxes
Note: Please bear in mind that delivery to certain remote or inaccessible locations requires a surcharge to be paid which is demanded by carriers. If in case the delivery location listed by you lies within these areas, we will inform you beforehand about the same.
GST of 3% is included.
- The above shipping charges are inclusive of all taxes, fuel surcharge and include customs clearance charges at India.
- The shipping address cannot be changed once an order is placed.
- Our shipments are handed door-to-door only so we are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
- The courier will attempt to deliver to your shipping address three times if you are unavailable. They will also get in touch with you on the phone or via e-mail, so please keep a look out for such correspondence.
Presently, we are shipping Pan India and ensure you the broadest shipping coverage across the country. We request you to provide full address with pin code as courier agencies do not deliver to P.O. Box address.
We take great care in delivering your Raajraani products in excellent condition, and always on time, and only ship through India’s largest and reputed courier agencies.
Like you, we also want that you receive your Raajraani items on scheduled time, which we will communicate to you along with the formal order confirmation email.
Generally orders are delivered within 3-10 working days after the order confirmation. The exact delivery date shall be provided as soon as your order is ready for dispatch.
Please note that due to weather, other environmental conditions or high traffic times, these times reflect the general guidelines and are subject to change. Raajraani is not responsible for any delays in the delivery process once a package has shipped from our warehouse. If customers require special delivery timeframes or conditions, they should contact our customer service team upon order placement with the details (email@example.com).
The address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.
Before placing an order, you shall check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale and invitation of offer included in the item's description.

Your payment card will be debited for your order on the day we send you the formal order confirmation. You can pay via all major VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are not included in the price.
Signature and proof of ID
All shipments require a signature and proof of ID confirmation from the recipient.
PLEASE NOTE: Recipient needs to keep a photocopy of any of the following photo ID proofs handy for receiving the delivery.

- Driving License
- Voters card
Our customer service may contact you for additional information if required. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
We require a signature and proof of ID for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then the same person will have to sign as well as give their photo ID as evidence of delivery.
While we would like you to enjoy your entire order together, this may not always be possible due to product unavailability, and we may have to make partial deliveries. But please be assured, we won’t rest easy till your complete order has been delivered to you.
If you believe your desired Raajraani product hasn’t reached you in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and contact our Customer Care at email@example.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall re-deliver your order at the earliest possible time.

Note: Some products are not eligible for returns. These will include items in the Sale category, customized goods, special offer categories, etc.
Return Shipment Process
In case of return shipment, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. Contact our customer care and we will arrange a return shipment for you. For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse.
