Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Raajraani

Raajraani reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion for any reason. Some reasons for order cancellation may include limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit department. We may also require additional information or verification before accepting an order. If your order or any part of it is cancelled, or if further information is needed to process your order, we will notify you. If a payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded to your card account.

Cancellations by Customers

Customers can cancel their order any time before it is processed. To do so, please visit your "My Account" page, select the order, and click on "Cancel." If the cancellation option is unavailable, it means the order is already being processed, and you will need to contact us directly at +91 8586 889922 or email info@raajraani.com with your complete order information. We can accept requests for changes or cancellations only before the order has been shipped. Unfortunately, once the order has left our warehouse for delivery, cancellations are not possible.

Made to Order Products

All made-to-order products require a minimum of 20 days for preparation and dispatch. A 30% advance payment is required to process the order. Once the order is ready, you will be notified, and the remaining payment must be completed before delivery. If you wish to cancel a made-to-order product, please email us within three days of placing the order. A 10% fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your bank account. Cancellations after this period are not possible, and if you do not take your order, the advance payment will be adjusted against labor costs incurred.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. Tampered Packaging

If the packaging of your Raajraani product appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our Customer Care at info@raajraani.com with your order reference number. We will arrange for a replacement delivery at the earliest opportunity.

  1. Eligibility of Returns

While we strive to accommodate returns, Raajraani products are categorized as eligible or ineligible for returns to ensure fairness to all parties involved. Eligible products can be returned within 5 working days of delivery. Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Package lost in transit
  • Damaged products upon arrival

 No Refunds for the Following:

- Incorrect or outdated delivery address

- Incorrect address format

- Failed delivery attempts by courier

- Package refused by the recipient

- Sizing issues (please refer to our size guides carefully)

- Products returned in a used or damaged condition

- Custom-made products or items altered in any way

- Products purchased during sale or offer periods

- Nose rings and nose pins due to hygiene reasons

 

  1. Damaged and Defective Products

Raajraani takes great care to ensure that all products reach you in excellent condition. If you receive a damaged product, a product with a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect product, please report it within 12 hours of receipt. Note that handmade items may vary slightly from piece to piece, and such differences are not considered defects. Similarly, natural variations in semi-precious stones and resins are not considered defects.

Please email a photo of the damaged product to info@raajraani.com. Our customer service team will review the product and determine if it is eligible for a replacement or refund. You may choose from the following options:

  •    Replacement of the product
  •    Full refund to your credit or debit card, or cash return to your bank account for COD purchases
  •    Refund in the form of Raajraani account credits for future purchases

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after the returned product is received and approved by our Quality Control team.

  1. Registering a Return Request

When registering a return request, please provide the following details: Order Number, Invoice Number, Order Date & Amount, and Nature of Complaint. A Return Request number will be issued as a reference. Our courier will collect the package using this number and provide an Airway bill. Please do not hand over the parcel without receiving an Airway bill. For locations where our logistics partner does not provide a return facility, you may use your own courier service to ship the item to our warehouse. Note that shipping, handling charges, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.

  1. Return Credits

For non-damaged goods being returned, once the product is received and verified for resale, we will offer an exchange or credits as follows:

  • If the wrong product was delivered, we will ship the correct product.
  • You may exchange a purchased item for another item of equal or higher value (with price difference paid by you), subject to stock availability.
  1. Discretion of Raajraani

All returns are subject to the discretion of Raajraani. Our Returns Policy is designed to simplify the process and maintain customer satisfaction. If a returned product is found to be in a different condition than it was sent, including any damage, Raajraani reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund.
