Return & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by Raajraani
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled includes limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information or problems identified by our credit department. We may also require additional information or verification before accepting any order. We will inform you if the entire order or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled and you have already made the payment, the amount will be reverted back in your card account.
Whether you clicked on Place Order too soon or you didn’t just fall in love with the Raajraani product you just bought, we're here to help you fix it!
Below is our policy on Cancellations and Returns and anything else that would bring that smile back:
Cancellations by you
You can cancel your order anytime before it is processed by going to your My Account page and selecting the order and clicking on Cancel. If the Cancel option is not available, then it means we have already started to process your order, so you will need to contact us directly in order to initiate the cancellation process. To contact us, please call +91 8586 889922 and send an email with your complete order information to email@example.com.
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
Made to Order Products
All made to order products will take at least 20 days time to be ready for dispatch. 30% advance will be made for us to process the order. Once the order is ready we will intimate to you and rest of the payments can be made then before delivering. To cancel the made to order please email us within three days of placing the order. A minimum of 10% would be deducted. Rest the amount can be sent back to your bank account. After that no cancellation is possible. In case you do not take your order advance would be completely adjusted for labor hours lost.
Returns and Exchanges
1. Tampered Packaging
If you believe your desired Raajraani product hasn’t reached you in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and contact our Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org your order reference number. We shall re-deliver your order at the earliest possible time.
2. Eligibility of Returns
Much as we would like to accept your returns at any time, to be fair to all parties involved in the creation of Raajraani designs, products have been categorized as eligible/ineligible for returns. Products that are eligible can be returned within 5 working days of being delivered.
We can refund only in following cases:
- If the wrong product was delivered to you by mistake
- Manufacturing defect
- Package lost in transit
- Products that arrive damaged
No refunds for the following:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies
- Package refused by recipient.
- Sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
Please note, we will not accept return or exchange for custom made products or items that have been altered in any way.
No exchanges/returns allowed for all products bought during a sale or offer period.
Nose rings and Nose pins will not be exchanged or returned due to Hygiene reasons.
3. Damaged and defected Product(s)
We take great care to ensure that your Raajraani products reach you in excellent condition. In the unlikely event that your Raajraani product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, or that we have delivered a product that you did not order, you must register a complaint with us within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the product.
Some of our products are crafted by hand and might slightly differ from piece to piece. These differences will not be considered as manufacturing defects. Also when we use semi-precious stones, resins, etc. they might have some irregularities and will not be considered as manufacturing defects.
We will not be able to guarantee the accuracy of the colors you observe when you see the products online, as the depth and resolution of each computer or mobile screen differ.
You should email us a photo of the damaged product at email@example.com. The products will be reviewed by our customer service team and will be eligible for immediate replacement or refund. The means of settling this replacement or refund lie at your discretion:
a. You may choose to have us send you a replacement of the appropriate item immediately OR
b. You may choose to get a full refund on your credit card or debit card or a return cash payment in the bank if in case of a COD purchaseOR
c. You may choose to get a full refund in the form of credits to your Raajraani account, which can be applied to future purchases.
Please note that all original shipping charges are non-refundable. The refund process will be completed within 5-7 working days, once the return product is received and after our Quality Control team gives its approval
4. Registering a Return Request
Please provide the following details while registering your Return Request: Order Number, Invoice Number, Order Date & Amount, and Nature of Complaint.
We will issue a Return Request number as reference. Our courier will collect the package from you by giving reference to your Return Request number and will issue an Airway bill. Please do not hand over the parcel to courier unless an Airway bill is issued to you.
For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse. Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties are not refundable. Please address all returns to:

5. Return Credits
In the event of non-damaged goods that are being returned, once we have received the returned product and verified its re-salability, we will gladly offer you an exchange or credits, as outlined below:
a. If the wrong product was delivered to you by mistake, we will ship the correct product to you
b. You can exchange an item purchased on Raajraani with another item of same or higher value (paying the difference in price) once we receive the returned product not before that. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. All returns are subject to the discretion of Raajraani
Please know that our Returns Policy has been created to facilitate the process and ensure your love for Raajraani products continues. After all, we’re happy when you’re happy!
On receiving the product, if we find that the product is in a different condition than it was sent in, including but not limited to damage, we maintain the right to refusal of exchange or refund.
